All orders are processed Monday thru Friday within 24 hours of receipt. Local delivery and nationwide shipping is available. Please check your delivery/shipping information. City Vineyard will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to incorrect information supplied by the customer. Local Delivery: City Vineyard provides local delivery 5 days a week. Weekend delivery is often available upon request. All efforts are made to deliver your gift on the first attempt. If the recipient is not home, our drivers assess all delivery possibilities. The order may be left at the door, if it appears safe, or left with a neighbor. For business deliveries, if the business is closed, the order may be left with a nearby business. If redelivery is necessary, a re-delivery fee of $10 will be charged. Hospital Deliveries: When placing your order for delivery to a hospital patient, hospital worker, or doctor, please try to include room number or regarding department. Business Deliveries: When placing your order for delivery to a business, please be sure to note the business name, suite number, and department when applicable. City Vineyard ships nationwide, 5 days a week by Fedex. All baskets are wrapped in protective material and shipped in sturdy, reinforced boxes to ensure safe delivery. Any Fedex fees incurred due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer will be charged to the customer in addition to normal shipping charges.
